About the Founder/CEO
Gina Nelson began her career in HR at IWS, a company in the financial sector, starting the company’s HR function and department from scratch.
She attended college at Broward College and FAU. She also studied and obtained her HR certifications, PHR, SPHR, and SHRM-SCP.
She later continued new HR initiatives when Kingsway America acquired IWS. These included helping with M&A for their other acquisitions and blending, absolving, or merging benefit plans. She enjoyed a collaborative relationship with a team of HR managers at Kingsway.
